This tour short tour is very useful for people who are on a cultural tour of Peru and have one or more half days free for activities of their own.
A very short morning or afternoon trip. You can choose to do two different half day tours with different content. We will visit one hummingbird feeder area, as well as either a wetland or arid scrub habitat for additional species. 

Choose either an afternoon or a morning for some birding in the surroundings of Cusco or the Sacred Valley. Some target birds to look for include: Bearded Mountaineer, Sword-billed Hummingbird, White-tufted Sunbeam, Green-and-White Hummingbird, Black-tailed Trainbearer, Green-tailed Trainbearer, Chestnut-breasted Mountain-Finch, Andean Lapwing, Andean Flicker, Andean Goose, Chilean Flamingo, Andean Duck, Yellow-billed Pintail, Puna Teal, Rusty-fronted Canastero, and many more. 

We can offer several different half day tours if you have more half-days liberated from your regular itinerary. Half day birding tours can also be set up from other towns in Peru. Just ask us!
